Mariah is the BEST! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she’s a genuinely kind person. I brought my middle daughter (14) in for a haircut and Mariah made her look and feel so beautiful! I highly recommend booking an appointment ASAP.

Gillian was fantastic! I was there a month ago for Bridal hair and she crushed it. Not only was the salon very accommodating as I had reached out with only a month til my wedding, everyone was very nice and the vibes were immaculate. The day of, my whole bridal party and I arrived (4 total) and Gillian styled myself and 2 of my bridesmaids. She went above and beyond and also gave us some much needed makeup advice as a set of girls who don't usually wear makeup. Everything was done in perfect time. Everyone received many compliments on our hair. Highly recommend this salon, not just for bridal services!

I STAND CORRECTED!!! I have to 100% rescind the bad review I wrote about cut and color. I truly believe I was unhappy with my hair because of a communication problem with the stylist. RED is hard. I know this. I have had bad experiences before. It happens. Also, let me say, I do not live here. This is only the second time I have been to this salon. We don't have a relationship, and they don't have my color formula on file. I think this is important to note. SO this is what happened. I planned to go somewhere else for color correction, so I called the salon to find out what kind of color had been applied to my hair. I immediately spoke with a stylist who was confident she could give me the color I wanted. She seemed to have a good understanding of what the problem was. Still, I remained unconvinced. Then the owner Aubrey called me . She was very understanding and kind. She explained to me what the color correction process would be: step by step. Her knowledge and confidence helped me make the decision to go back and let them try to give me what I originally wanted. My stylist was Gillian, a quiet but extraordinarily competitent technician. She reviewed what I wanted versus what I had.We talked. We looked at pictures. I was confident she had a good understanding of my expectations. Then, she examined my hair cut and said this is an easy fix. Gillian removed the color with a wet mixture that felt like a shampoo. It stayed on 45 minutes. We rinsed that. We both agreed that the roots and crown needed another round of remover so we did it again. She was very pleased so we proceded to the color, the perfect mix of gold, copper, and red. Monica lent a hand and they applied a glaze for shine.. After a shampoo, I could tell while my hair was still wet that it was already better. Gillian evened up the layers and made them blend better. I asked shouldn't I have layers right here? and pointed to my chin area. She said that she sure thought so, and we did it. I loved that she was so collaborative. She had been working on me for a while, so when she said, "Can I curl your hair? I was thrilled. AND I AM THRILLED with my hair. These are some knowledgeable and classy girls. I appreciate them giving me the confidence to return, and I appreciate the great hair. They did NOT charge me for all of this either. Consult with Aubrey and Gillian if you have red hair and need your color refreshed! Check out the pictures. This is some gorgeous red hair. I recommended the salon to my daughter and her friends who live here. HERE is the original state of the union: Stylist was sweet, yet the color she mixed was no where NEAR what I requested. I am a natural redead. I had pictures. My hair is MAGENTA now. I was in such shock, that I just wanted out of there. I normally give stylists a change to fix problems, but I don't think so this time. I also think she misunderstood my plans for the cut. I wanted layers. I showed her pictures. NO NO NO. it's just not sophisticated or anywhere near the picture.

I always had a tough time finding a hairstylist who understands my unique hairstyle (especially with my head shape) but Cristina nailed it! She listened to my concerns, communicated well on what exactly I was looking for, worked her magic, and the result was perfection! My hair looks and feels incredible. Which is a fantastic feeling; giving me the extra pep in my strep I need when dealing with Real Estate clients! I've been searching far and wide for a hair stylist who could truly get it right, and let me just say, Cristina has become that person! If you're struggling to find someone who can work with your features, Ask specific questions on what you’re looking for, and does it all with a great attitude… Cristina is your gal! I will 100% be coming back in the future, and recommend anyone (guy or girl) to book with Cristina Calvente! I promise you won’t regret it!
